Default Troubles removing rear driveshaft

I am trying to remove rear driveshaft on 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD. I am trying to take off the 4 bolts (5/8") that secure the driveshaft flange to the differential pinion flange. Once I get each one about half way out they seem to get so tight that I'm affraid I'm going to snap them off. Anyone have this problem? Ive tried wd40, didn't help.
