Does Anyone know if you can use Blistens and a leveling kit together? I have a 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit with factory shocks and my truck is still lower in the front by about 1 to 1.5 inches compared to the back.

Yes you can. The lift comes from grooves set into the bilstien shock. Your lift is at the top of the tower if i am not mistaken. I had bilstiens put in. They atre even with the stock rears . i dunno how you can be off so much. Btw.these are for o6-o8 only! This is a designed front end that they tried after o5. There was actually a shortage earlier in the year, I think they are readily available. And well worth it here are my pix.

Thanks for the info Rocket, my truck looked leveled with the factory tires but when i upgraded tires it seemed to look lower than before. I remeasured the front and back and found the difference. Guess new shocks are next on the list.

You should of measured at the top of each wheel well. That way you will get the most accurate reading For the way the truck sits imo

Moe's performance hooked me up. I'm surprised they are still having a shortage. The mfg. hadn't realised that the stock strut were shlt, So when the time came there was a big push for this product. But that was in april. Moe's was able too locate and ship In a week.
As far as the job, if you don't have a work bench and a good vice, Forget it in my opinion. This is not a driveway job. Thats' not too say that it can't be done. It can, But you have too put the stock spring under a lot of compression too utilize the bilstiens too the 2 inch level setting. I farmed mine out. I actually tried at first, then when I realised I had too seperate the ball joint.(upper) I threw it back together. Shop charged me 180 bucks, well worth it. imo. Good luck. And let us know how you made out.
