So lately well im driving and i go to signal when i signal left it signals right when i signal right the hazards go on. if i tilt the wheel up and down they start to work fine but still comes back every now and again.

Now the second issue i got is door locks. i had a passenger rear door stop working some time ago. but then today when i got to work my doors should have been locked from the car starter after i hit the brake when i got to work just the passenger side door was locked. so now the rear passenger door the rear driver side door and the drivers door don't work. is this a possible wiring issue or is there a chance that my poppers all decided to sh*t the bed at once.

 

Sounds like its inside the steering column if its affected by the tilt. Otherwise if you have a trailer hitch, its really common for wiring to corrode or short out causing weird problems like that.

 

Sounds like a weird multiswitch problem, as for the door locks, I'd take a gander at the fuses

 

You almost got a green plate Sask Joke, but seriously, Sorry to here, that sucks, agree it could be either as mentioned. I too had some weird wiring problems with my 03 when I tried to hook up my 7 pin set-up as the previous dude butchered it but nothing as weird as what you experienced, just plain dead wire breaks all along.
