Angry 2002 dudge ram 5.9 v8

sup guys, i got a 02 ram 1500 with the 360 and it has a slight issue. its loading up the rpms drop waaaaay down to the point where it stalls out or it almost stalls out. It back fires off in the cat.. So would my cat be clogged up? or would new plugs and wires and a new fuel filter stop it? once it gets warmed up it dosent act up any more. haha i have no idea wtf is goin on with it.

yeah you need a highflow cat mangnaflow 94000 si/so , also check your plenum also. 5.9 are prone to a oil leak and cause lots of problems look down the throttle body and look down for a pool of oil

The cat went cause its probably burning oil which clogged it. The Plenum gasket goes on the bottom of the intake manifold thus sucking it up and burning it. Gonna probably wanna change the o2 sensors when its all done and fixed also.

hughes makes an aftermarket plenum plate which i highly recommended. removal of the intake manifold is required to fix this. if you search in 2nd gen ram there is a diy i believe
