Default idle cuts in and out

It has been a while since I have been on this forum, but here goes my situation. I have a 2003 Ram 1500 Hemi with about 135K on the clock. The truck has been great and not too many major issues. First thing, as everyone else seems to have is the PO132 reading O2 sensor related. Have had the idiot light on for a while, have yet to replace the sensors. Soon to do that. I did replace the gas cap. I also had recently the PO442 and PO456 codes. They have since disappeared. Only left with the O2 code.
Now, my new problem is when I start the truck in the morning and let it idle maybe 1 - 2 minutes - it all of a sudden sounds like it wants to stall, but doesn't - sounds a little rough, but within 15-20 secs it corrects itself and sounds fine after that. Sometimes immediately after I begin to drive it starts to hesitate, sounds like it wants to stall. Otherwise it gets up and goes. I realize this is a long winded post, but any ideas would be really helpful. Let me know if there is any other information you need to help solve.
Thanks Sporty

Could be a few things. Things like vacuum leaks, throttle body needs cleaning, TPS sensor, EGR valve or even maybe low trans fluid.
