Default Oil pressure switch malfunction?

my 06' 1500 hemi's check engine light came on today, and from checking the codes, P0520: Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit Malfunction, has anyone seen this or heard about it? Short of taking it to a dealership to have it looked at, is there anything that I can check/clean? I just changed the oil not but 800 miles ago. I think the sensor may have some junk in it but not sure where it is.

Does anyone know what to do when you get this code?

my oil pressure gauge reads a little bit lower than normal when I'm driving on the highway or maintaining speed....if I come to a stop or take a turn my oil pressure drops to the absolute far right low.

is it okay to drive my truck like this?

thanks

Default Replaced Oil Pressure Sensor in Oct 2015

Shortly after having the oil pressure sensor replaced, the check engine light would periodically go on and off throwing the code for low oil pressure, but the gauge reads normally and does not have unusual movement. I never made it back to the shop that did the repair during the warranty period and am curious if I'm ok continuing with the malfunctioning unit if this is a common problem or if there's an easy way to fix it?
