Sounds like a neutral safety switch problem. Do you have to push in the clutch or have the trans in neutral? What's the start up procedure for dodge manual?

its an automatic im guessing due to the fact he said the box around the letters which i would guess is the PRND321

Yes. This is an automatic trans. I tried hitting the starter like it was mentioned earlier. No dice there. So next up is to locate and check the starter solenoid.

I talked to the guy at Dodge today, he says that sometimes the valve body gets bent/stuck sometimes if if the truck isn't put into park properly. I dearly hope that isn't the issue.

After resetting the PCM, I'm getting a CEL, so maybe I'll drag it over to Autozone and see what the CEL says.

I'll update with my findings... thanks guys!

Fixed it.

Fuse #23 (15A) PCM etc fuse.

That's what I get for letting the woman tell me which fuse was which.

SO much envy. I couldn't find a good deal on one when i was shopping for my truck - though from what i read the auto trans is a lot more reliable than the g56's when paired with the hemi
