Thanks dog, just opened up lights and sure enough wires were touching, taped one up new fuse and lights on. Thanks again.

You guys who have your 500's linked to the high-beam cct, did you just tap the relay trigger cct power feed into the high beam wire, run that to the dashboard switch and back to the relay ?
I have a set of 500ff driving lights coming in, and intend to install them so switching on my low beams will take the 500 ff's out.

I didn't do my lights on either vehicle that way, but if you follow the diagram with the docs that come with the Hella 500s, that's the way they have you do...
