ok with all the gearing and rear diff talk ya'll got me curious. what gear and diff do i have and is it lsd or open. 03 QC 2500 4x4

It should be stamped on the carrier, but with a 2500 you'll either have 3.73s or 4.10s. Most likely 3.73s as the 4.10s were an option. Also may be a sticker in your glove box with gearing and whether the diff is open or not. You can also get on the Dodge Truck site and request a build sheet that will tell you EVERYTHING that truck came from the factory with...

 

yep 3.73 and anti spin differential which i'm assuiming is a lsd.
