Well i was thinkin it would be as easy as bolting on the new style bumper and and install new muffler with dual out and run the pipes to the *** end i figured it would all be bolt -on.I cant see the frame being any different from 08 to 09/10 i guess i should probably just call the dealer parts dept.

Oh... thanks for the replys, and glad to be here!

If you know any Electricians, you could try asking them to use a knock out set on the bumper it has two round pieces that will cut a round hole in most metals. (sry for bad description) it may work but, i think you would want more than just a hole in the bumper i would want to have a piece of pipe welded to the back of bumper same diameter as the hole to give it some depth around the tailpipe coming out which means welding, bondo, and paint or chrome. so it would get pricey either way

Frontier Gear has a replacement bumper for the 1500 in that style. Not too many '10 model 2500 with hemi, so don't know if this would spill over for our trucks. We can only hope. http://www.frontier-gear.com/html/BB/BBGallery.html
