Default Crazy idle problem

Hey guys I need some help,

Got a 2002 5.9L v8 1500 that idles anywhere from up to 2000 down to 0, thus making me stall out at convient times like in a traffic stop line or on a hill. I have replaced the IAC valve and if anything it the idle fluctuations have gotten worse.

What is the next step I do in testing to find the problem. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, after I clean the TB and IAC valve then everything runs smooth for about a day but then it goes back to stalling me out.

quick update. I took the TPS off and kinda looked at it and then bolted it back on and then started her up and there was no longer a problem. Idled at about 700 - 800 pretty steady. Haven't driven around yet, hoping to be able to get out later tonight.

Ive never taken the tps off before and I certainly didn't do anything to it so i'm not sure if its really fixed but probably just temporarily working. I'll get back soon with an update after I get a scanner to check to code.

Thanks for all the input.
