Im lifting my 05 QC 4x4 by doing a level kit, add a leaf, and body lift. The aal comes with shock relocator brackets. Will I be able to get away with just OEM length shocks without them topping out? Also is there a major difference between a bilstein 5100 and like a pro comp 9000 or rancho 5000 shock? Is it worth the extra 150 dollars for them. Im going with heavy *** 37'' tires so I want the max support.

You won't need longer shocks if you install the relocation brackets, that's what they are for - keeping your stock shocks.
BUT I would omit the relocation bracket and purchase a GOOD shock because of the tire size you are going to. Bilsteins or Rancho 9000s or Pro Comp MX6s. I wouldn't even consider the ES9000s or even the Rancho 5000s for that size tire...

I can't vouch for the Bilsteins, but I own Rancho 9000s that are made for 4" of lift in the front and 2.5" of lift in the rear. Dunno why you think Ranchos are only made for OEM height?
As a rule, the longer the shock, the larger the components are, which is why I recommended not using the relocation brackets and going with a longer (larger) shock. But it's up to you, stock size shocks and the relocation brackets will work also...
