Has anybody had problem's removing the axle out of the way so you can get the knuckle off the lower ball joint. Tryed lubed and heat also used air hammer and this axle still won't move. I'am running out of ideas. It is a 2004 1500 4x4.

Yeah, they get frozen in place. There are a few threads on this with tips on how to get them separated. A few guys have not been able to get them apart and had to let the dealer do it.
