**Unless your wheels are steel and/or dont have sunk lug nut areas lol if you know what i mean by this. (i couldnt word it out right)
So based on the following screenshot of the wheel I am looking at, I may not even need to get new lugs because it doesn't have to "sink" into anything?

The back of the lug nut where it will sit against the wheel/hub is going to be different. I had similar wheels on a dakota and the lug where same size and what not but the part where it sits were totally different. Again even if you could, NEVER use the stock lug nuts on aftermarket wheels. And besides if your getting it from a wheel shop, if it doesn't have a wheel lock kit, you should be getting the lugs for free. So why risk it.

what is the size of the oem lug nuts? I did some minor research and it looks like some of the rams have 9/16X18. actually the one place listed the 2004 rams as having that size, I assume mine may be the same?
Yep, 9/16x18. I had to get new ones as well.

A wheel shop shouldnt be more than $50...If they are, your getting ripped off.

good info, thanks. I'm actually getting them from Summitt, but it looks like they also sell the US Wheel lugs as well for about $3/lug.
