Default Superchips 3865 or MBRP exhaust 1st on 07 Hemi?

Hey guys...

I have a 07 Ram 1500 4X4 with the hemi. Recently changed the plugs and installed a AEM Brute Force CAI. I have about 400 left to spend and torn between an exhaust or the Superchips. A few factoids...
Truck has 70K miles...but is stong. Currently averages 15.6city/18.8HW.

-It does have a Magnaflow muffler...Will I gain any HP/MPG with a catback?...or will the superchips be more bang for the buck?
at the same time
-With the 70K miles...is a superchip a bad idea?

My goal is to gain some more power/MPG (Like most people) safely and most cost effective. If the stock exhaust isnt that restrictive and will only gain sound from a catback...Iam prob gonna go with the 3865. but, nervous about the truck havin high miles (even tho there all highway) Dont wanna hurt the tranny or have the truck run too lean/rich.

What do you guys think?
