I have check light on of p1391, I changed cmp and ckp and rf wheel speed sensor with mopar parts. I also checked I have 5 volts at the sensors factory connector and the ground also checked out to be good.

The problem I am having is when I push down on the gas pedal the vehicle spudders or stumbles or hesitates like it missing or bogging down. The vehicle also shakes while it's doing this behavior. It will do this until about 3000rpm's then it will run like nothing is wrong. No engine noise no shaking runs like it should.

I think I have a vaccum leak or restricted fuel filter or fuel regulator is bad which is part of the filter. They say restricted fuel filter will have a stumble or hesitation at lower rpm but when the rpm's get high enough their is enough pressure that the vehicle will run normal. They say a vacuum leak will have the same symptoms.

Have you pulled off and cleaned the throttle body? Check your TPS (throttle positioning sensor) as well. Also check the EGR valve.

I took my fuel filter off today to see if the fuel filter is clogged. When I tryed to blow threw the fuel filter is was like trying to blow a marble threw a straw. I could hardly blow threw it. So I think I found my problem to my hesiatation.
