will 315/70/17 rub w/lift
I have a 2002 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 shortbed, as of now i have cranked torsion bars that make the trucks front end sit about a inch tops lower then the rear. i am going to get a leveling lit soon and was wondering if i could fit 315/70/17 tires on the stock rims without and rubbing?
approx. 34.5" x 12.5". The height will make it, be a little stuffed and not have a lot of room for flex. The width on the stock wheels may be an issue you may need spacers. Some clear 12.5" width tires on stock wheels (barely) and some rub the control arms (barely).
When my truck was at stock height, I had 33"x12.5" tires on the stock wheels for about two weeks while I was waiting for the wheels I ordered to come in. They made it, but I couldn't even fit my pinky in between the space. Some report they don't make it with the same width tire, it's that close...
