Default Aero Turbine exhaust???'s

I know another exhaust, exhaust, exhaust questions.. I have not seen anybody talk about these though so I thought I would ask.. I am gonna order a exhaust, and found these Aero turbine and was wondering how well they sound. I am not looking for a that crazy loud that a lot of people have. More looking for the deep throaty sound, like on well tuned charger or mustang. I have listened to sound clips on you tube but honestly they all sound the same on you tube. The Aero looks pretty nice, and they say you can use the stock resonator with it if you want it quieter. Was also wondering if I could use this to make a dual cat back system? video and links below..

thanks for the suggestions guys.

i LOVE my AT3030, and i talk about it on here all the time. one thing to note about it though.... it is LOUD. i set off car alarms when driving down residential streets. and thats with stock exhaust manifolds. its not the muffler to get if you have small children, or a nagging wife. luckily my wife likes it.

I have the AT3030XL. It is the same muffler with a built-in resonater. I also left the factory resonater on my truck. I love the sound. It is pretty quite while idling but when you put your foot into it there is a very nice deep rumble.

Johnson10 could you explain the Y pipe thing? Do you have duals out the back or stock out behind the rear tire? I would like to do a dual out the back if possible, but I know I will have to get some pipe work done.... Just looking into options vs. buying a cat back system like Flow master and price differences... Thanks man.

the Y pipe is where the tubes from the manifolds merge together into one. the stock Y pipe is very restrictive. it smashes 2 pipes together, then slips them into a slightly larger pipe.

I'm sure I know where you're wanting to go with your exhaust note, and the AT3030XL with or without your stock resonator is going to satisfy you. I wish I still had my stock resonator but they snagged it when they put on my old Delta 50 Dronemaster and I forgot to say I wanted to keep it.

Still VERY satisfied though, quieter on the idle, a bit deeper and throatier in the low end, and a lot quieter (no DRONE) on the highway vs. the Delta50FM.

Well butch I don't remember you mentioning this exhaust. But that is ok, as I ordered it three days ago but didn't know if I was going to like it or not??? Sounds like will, no pun intended... Should be here on Monday, so if your not busy and want to do some wrenching Lemme know...
