I'll say its a mash up looks like a Hemi Sport but the description sounds like a laramie and didnt all sports come with the non functional hood scoop

 

Being a 03 model, it looks like a Carolina Kustom or one of the truck gone in Arkansas Kustom Cruisers or something like that. They normaly do vans, but they also have done trucks. Ususally have a name plate stuck on the dash.

 

its a mystery to me too. There are no extra badges except there is a HEMI in the same script at the bottom of "Dodge" on the tailgate which I have never seen on these trucks.

 

With so many parts interchangeable, the truck could be anything. There's a gap between the front bumper and headlights. That's a sign the front bumper may have been altered or it was damaged. The only way to really know what trim it is is to take down the vin number and request a build sheet.

No sports didn't come with scoops

Truck is an 03, daytonas are 05s. Plus you could order the running boards and bed accents as an option.

it is the hemi sport edition, used to say hemi sport on the rear quarter panels in a red and orange vynal emblem
