Ok so I bought a rough country lift and I have been thru 5 rack and pinions. Is there a better rack out there heck I have tried oem and reman. Doesn't seem to help on the verge of selling the damn truck ..Any help would be thanked.

Don't know of any, but I'd seriously think about changing whoever is putting them in, because even though the stock R&P ain't the greatest one out there, you should still be getting 50k out of them minimum. Although it's a commonly replaced part, most people get 100k out of one.
Problem with your front end from the lift maybe?

I've got just shy of 50k on my original rack with a 4" suspension lift and as of my last oil change, when I pretty much inspect everything under the truck and tighten header bolts, I don't even have a hint of a leak from my rack...

04 5.7L with a 9" susp lift and no R&P issues. Are you putting in the ATF+4 oil and not PS fluid?
