how do i adjust my headlights?

Default how do i adjust my headlights?
i looked in my haynes manual and they show and a adjuster for the headlight directly under each headlight to adjust up and down? my truck does not have this? is there another place to look? thanks mike

i have a leveling kit on it, so i barley can see the road and i **** off a lot of people (:

on the 08's and that body style its hidden behind a runner flap that goes against the hood grill when the hood is closed.
