Default Grounding question??

After looking at some of wiring diagrams in the haynes manuel I noticed that I didn't put some of the grounds back in the factory location. Would this affect anything? Or should I be alright as long has everything is grounded. I grounded the pcm to the engine hoist stud and the battery to body ground to the engine.

As long as they are short, clean engine or frame grounds I do not see the issue. You do not want sheet metal grounds or grounds that are long or dirty or the paint not cleaned from around the ground.
