Default Any ideas, spark plug issue..

Last night i was sitting in the drive thru at mickey d's, threw the truck in neutral to sit and wait on the long line, and right as i threw the truck back into drive... bang, shut the truck off, i got out and one of my spark plugs was laying on the ground.. so today i go to take a look and the spark plugs and ignition coils on cylinders 1,3, & 5 are all gumed up with chit.. then in cylinder 7 theres slight oil on the hex head of the spark plugs, not much at all though.. any ideas as to whats going on? maybe the idiots who did my spark plugs last time didnt tighten them down all the way? the truck hasnt been starting right lately, and last week i was stopped at a red light and it started idleing really ruff.. I'm in the middle of changing the spark plugs and wires right now.. Btw its a 2004 1500 hemi. Appreciate any ideas..

yes.. it blew the spark plug out, all the spark plugs on the drivers side were hand tight, and a couple on the passenger were.. so im guessing the compression finally worked that one out. but the good news, it runs! lol i finally got them all done, kinda pissed off about the guy i had do the plugs doing that chit. but it runs good, and no troubles starting. thats a relief..
