maybe some 0000 steel wool??

Only on the glass, not the paint!!

I dont wanna hear anyone coming back in here saying they scratched their paint....LOL

That sounds like it might be the ticket. I have used the clay bar, which reduces but does not eliminate the spots, on mine anyways. Not noticable to most but they drive me crazy. My 300c has been garaged since purchased and rarely driven in increment weather, no spots. Thats just not an option on the truck and it has also been parked at a shipyard on occasion which is probably the main cause of it all for me.

use windex and comet along with newspaper.... what you do is spray the glass with the windex first, then take some comet and wipe it on the glass.... using the newspaper obviously just give it a little elbow grease and it will take those water spots right out... it works awesome!!!
