In my experience it would be warped rotors. What exactly was changed "all the way around"? They might have changed the pads but it's a good possibility the rotors might be warped. Have them shaved or replaced. An out of balance tire would give you a constant vibration at certain speeds, not just when slowing down.

Well i did the brakes today and i changed all rotars and all pads, as for the idea of worn shocks i'll have to look closer into that, what makes you think that tho?

Shocks controll the amount of bounce when hitting a bump, cornering, acceration and braking. Basically stops the springs from contuing to bounce after the inational impact. You can test this by jumping in the bed the truck should go down and up once, if in contunes to bounce then the shocks are bad
Hope i explained it alright its 5 am here lol i'll check back tonight

Marx could be spot on there with his suggestion of shocks MDizzill.
How many miles on your truck bud?
If a lot......it might indeed be the shocks.
Also, these trucks when under hard braking go VERY nose heavy.
consequently, the rears go very light.
Are you sure the back end isn't just "skipping"?
Al.
