Default 02 Ram 1500 5.9L PROBLEMS!!!

I posted a week ago about my 02' misfiring and dying on me. Well I have changed the injectors, changed the spark plugs, new cap rotor and wires, flushed the fuel rail, changed the crank sensor, replaced both O2 sensors, and still the truck is running like CRAP??? to top it off, today I got a electric wire smell in the cab, dome lights stayed on, but now won't even come on? no fuses are poped, and the truck will still fire and run (somewhat). Can someone please help me with my problem that I am having!!

I think that i have narrowed the electrical problem down to the BCM? But, I am baffled by the other still???

i tried telling you before it wast your injectors its very rare that the injrctors go ,did you check for clogged cat, and did you change your plenum yet ? also these trucks are known for cracked heads , may have to get a compression test done

Try cruising the 2nd gen FAQ, lots of suggestions in there. Many have had this issue before. Make sure the wires are routed properly, for example (diagrams are in the FAQ section).

We unbolted the exhaust manifolds to check the cat. cat was good! But, I think that I have FINNALY fixed the problem.. I changed the distributor pickup coil, and while changing that, I found that the Coil Wire was burnt, so when I took the wire off the distributor, the head came off the wire. So the pickup coil along with the bad wire must have been the verdict!! now it runs fine. Just need to find out why the dome light doesn't work now? It has always blinked on and off since I have owned the truck (two years) and nobody seems to know why that has been happening, but now the light dosen't even work now?? And yes I have checked the obvious already (fuse, light, switch ext..)
