When I click on one of the links listed in the service manual for the 2004, it tells me that the file requested is not valid. Any ideas?

May not have any luck here, but have you reposted your service manuals anywhere? I am looking for the 06. I tried your link on 4shared but it don't seem to work. I know its an old post but I have to start somewhere.
