Default Grinding Tin Can Noise Front Tire, Please Help.

Hey guys, I have an 02 Ram that just had the rear shocks replaced about a week or so ago, it was making the clunking noise that I read on here is quite normal after something like that. It did it for a day or so and stopped so I wasn't to worried about that, but today I ran down to the corner store about 3 minutes from my house and as I was pulling out of the parking lot it started making this eerie grinding type sound like I'm dragging a tin can I pulled over and checked for any damages or leaks and couldn't see anything. If anyone knows what it could be and how much it would cost to fix I would GREATLY Appreciate it.
Thanks a lot!
J

maybe the backing plate rubbing on your rotor or something between your pad and rotor.. that usually gives you that kind of sound

I had a scraping noise that you could hear echoing off of the curb until today something bad broke where it sounds like hell. It is coming from the brake dust shield thing...may wanna check that out.
