You may want another person helping you just in case. The way i did my lowering shackles before i did my flip kit, i put a jack under my receiver hitch and chocked the front tire so it would not roll. Jacked it up about half way. I then loosened the nuts and bolt on the shackle. I jacked it up a little at a time until the bolts would wiggle. You may have to pull down on the leaf springs to free the bolt from the shackle. After you have the factory shackle out the lowering shackle bolts to the frame hanger first. You will have to let down on the jack a little so it will reach the leaf spring hole. After you have both lowering shackles in and all the bolts in let the jack all the way down and then tighten them.
