transmission compatibility

i'm looking for any info on which (if any) trans can be swaped out with one another, i'm looking to go from a 545rfe to a 47re or 48re, basically i need to know if the electronics will plug in and weather or not t-case bolt pattern and output shafts are the same, any info?
