Default Totally lost on this one

Back in 2007 I had a problem with my tranny. I fixed it by replaceing the pressure sensor switch, tranny filter, and a stripped out pan bolt. Fast forward to Friday September 3; I got into an accident; baically t-boned a lady that ran a red light. The impact was at a low speed-mared up my bumper; damaged her Honda. Drove away, noticed that it felt like the e-brake ws on; like something was holding it back. I stopped to get a bite to eat by my house to calm my nerves and my anti-freeze exploded every where. Engine light came on-checked the codes and now have the same tranny code as before and a code of 0468???? Has anyone every had a problem like this. Didnt seem that bad-between the truck, my concussion, and my knee slamming the dash you would think I was in a major accident. I know alot about vehicles but am at a loss with this.

Would it not be worth letting the insurance company handle it since it recently happened and was her fault?

What tool are you using to get that code and what is the letter in front of that code?

P0468 - EVAP Purge Flow Sensor Circuit High Input

So with that being said I would get under the truck and look at the evap canister and all its hoses. It is right in front of the fuel tank.
