Oh yes a second issue. when I press the gas pedal down at this same spot it makes an annoying high pitch squeeling noise no matter what speed im going its right when I hit this one spot about a quarter of the way down. Im guessing the throttle body? Anyone have a problem like this or any advice? Thanks for your help on both issues!!!
I have the same squealing noise on my 06 qc. at around the same spot on the throttle but i havent really looked into to much yet.

Sounds to me like you are loosing a idler pulley or a belt-tensioner pulley. I would pull the belt and start it up and see if it goes away. If it does, start spinning pulleys by hand and feel which one rolls rough and isn't smooth. Take you 5 minutes to figure it out.
