Cool New Ram owner

I just bought a 2006 Ram 1500 2wd quad cab with hemi. Beautiful truck with comforts and power I haven't had in a while. I have a few questions you all might be able to help me with.
While sitting @ idle there is a "chirping" or squeal type of sound, it would make sense that it is the tensioner or idler pulley or even possibly something else driven by the serpentine belt, however it loudest at the cab or center of the truck. I've tried the long screwdriver steth-a-scope and can't pin point it.Any ideas?
Also it sounds like I have an exhaust leak but only at low to mid speed driving it almost sounds like the engine is missing. It's real annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome

Most guys find their exhaust leaks to be broken or loose exhaust manifold bolts. So i would stat there.

As for the squealing, only you can hear that so i am not sure what help we can be. You already know it is the belt or a rotating accessory.

Thanks, I've tried a couple of new exhaust clamps at areas that appeared to be a possible leak, but still no luck. I'll check the manifold bolts.

take your belt off and spin each pulley by hand. you might not get as much squealing from rotating it by your hand but if one is hard to turn or has a noise then you know which one. while the truck is idling pour some water on the belt. if goes away its possibly your belt
