it was alot of cutting. i just held the bumper brackets up to the frame brackets and looked at what needed to be trimmed. then i used the top mounting hole of the bumper bracket for the first hole and then drilled out one that was accrossed it for the next mounting bolt. sounds confusing but if you take of the bracket from the bumper and hold it to the frame you will see what im talking about
