Default speedometer and exhaust?

First if the speedmeter is off by about 7 or so mph. Is there any way to calibrate it? I asked the dealership and they didnt know anything.

Second the cel came on yesterday so i took it back to the dealer and it was for the cats. My truck has no cats so is there any way to keep the cel off(beside putting on cats)?

Is your tire size different than stock? That would throw off the speedo but the dealer should be able to flash it for different tire sizes, you could also get a superchips since you can change tire size w/ them. As for the cats there is a non fouler trick for the O2 sensors that others have used, a quick search should get you the info you need.

+1 for the Superchips Flashpaq and +1 for the spark plug non foulers..
The spark plug non foulers can be found at any parts store in the help section. I believe they need to be 18mm thread with a 1.5" pitch. Before they can work the codes need to be cleared and the oxygen sensors need to be good.

first off if you took it to a dealer and they don't know how to do it.TAKE IT TO ANOTHER ONE!!!,Who knows what else they'll mess up if they try to fix it.I had mine done at dodge for about $89.But then i got a superchips and found out that it could be done that way(DUH! ON ME).go with the superchips

Agree with everything here. Both Superchips and DiabloSports make tuners that will change the tire ratio and get you back where you need to be. I assume you are comparing your speed with a GPS?

We have a DIY in the FAQs at the top of this forums section if you want to go over that and try it. I use it and it works.
