Default Need help with a metallic scraping noise

I have a scraping noise that starts at 35-40 mph and stays constant, but when I put it in 4wd hi the noise goes away under power till I coast, and when I take it out of 4wd the noise resumes, I have Replaced the Cv Shafts on both sides and transfer case but the noise still starts at 35-40 mph and gets slightly louder the faster I go, I'm begining to be at my wits End

Thanks Weedahoe, got it way narrowed down to the front diff after I put only the outer cv cups in and went for a drive, no noise, stopped put in 4wd and there the noise was... kinda sucks, put alot of money into the cv's and transfer lol
