So I ordered the 2 inch drop shackles from moes and sadly like most people on here, my product has yet to show up. Been 2 months. So I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to where I can order some.

Also anyone have any experience with the 2 inch drop in the rear. will this level it all out from factory or do i need to go with a 1.5 drop in the rear?

Also wondering if there is another site out there that has an E-fan kit with everything i need to do the swap. Seeing as i wont be ordering it from Moe's anytime soon....

I don't understand why anybody orders from this place. All they get are complaints. People claim that the owner of moe's is having marital problem sbut that doesn't make me feel bad, it makes me wonder how anyone wants to order from a company where when one person slows down the company breaks down. Order from an actual company not some guy and a garage. Go to summitracing or 4wheelparts or autoanything. Real sites with customer service and more than one person. I'm over seeing complaints from people. Spend the extra ten bucks and get your stuff on time. This guy is a scam.

 

2" drop shackles will not get you perfectly level. Many people remove the overload spring to get level with the shackles, but you loose load carrying capability.

Did you pay with paypal? If so open a dispute. Are you a member on DT. If so go to Moes section under the sponsors and post your complaint as well as pm CTDreamin and BTChris (he is a new guy that Moes just hired).


CardinalsFan11, people still order from Moes becuase until about 3 months ago, they had great cutomer service, fast and free shipping as well as some of the best prices on the web. The owner is not having marital problems, his wife is on her death bed. Is that an excuse to let customer service go the chit, no. They did however just hire a new guy to help out so hopefully they get back to the way they used to be.
