Default another E-fan question

Hey guys, thanks in advance for the help.

Would a 2500cfm 16" fan be sufficient? I am planning on keeping the stock shroud and having this fan on the inside pulling through the radiator.

I am going to be using a thermal controller switch set at 180deg.

Im not sure what the stock fan is rated at really. But those who use the Taurus fans use them with the stock shroud

2500 CFM is more than enough!

That is about the cfm of the Taurus fan. Most people don't have an issue with that. I tow and haul a bit, so opted for a fan with a 3300 cfm...

I recently thought my efan motor was going out so I put my clutch fan back on until i could figure out what was wrong. I remember holding my hand to the front of the rad and feeling the air flow that was getting pulled through the rad at idle and it was not near as much as mu Taurus fan on low speed. So IDK what the CFM ratings are but I do think the Taurus fan on low speed pulls more air than the OEM clutch fan.

On a side note, it was my controller that went bad and not the fan motor.
