Bull Bar Install Question

Bull Bar Install Question
Did anyone have to remove the front tow hooks when they installed thier bull bars?, Or does it depend on the manufacturer?.
I have a 07' 2500 and from some photos it looks like they will sit just on the outside of it.The two lower bolts look like a pain to get out as they sit just behind the front bumber lip, hard to get to?
Also where did you run the wires for driving lights from the bull bar to the engine compartment without them being seen?
I was looking a this one from ebay:

Thanks in advance

When I got mine for my Old F150 (2001) the instructions said I had to remove tow hooks. Well, I was weary about it but I did it anyway. Was happy I did because I had to remove them all right, but just because the bull bar brackets mounted sandwiched between the tow hook and the frame. Was happy then.
Not sure about Dodges though.
