No Floor Heat

When I switch from using the vents to heat blowing out the bottom for your feet it only blows out the Def. any ideas? 03 QC 4.7L

Possible mode door failure. Check out the heatertreater.net videos. When this mode door fails it defaults to defrost for safey reasons.

Yep, blend door issues if you have heat in one area but not others. There are lots of threads on here about it.

Would this also cause me to have no heat in the truck. I drive the truck 50 miles one way to work and it blows out cool air, even when I have it in the red for heat?
