Engine chugging sound
Alright I think it is the MDS kicking in, but i just want to make sure. At highway speeds the motor will go from a smooth sound to sounding almost like it is getting choked out. it has done this ever since i have had it, so I am certain non of the mods have anything to do with it.

Sounds like MDS to me. You can add a MDS light to kick on and off as MDS kicks in and listen for it as well. If the noise you here is happening when MDS is kicking off and off then you have found your culprit.
