Need fast help.

This is on my moms Toyota (told her she needs another dodge)
Anyways I need to know what this is. I think it's a control arm but I'm not sure. One of then broke and the vehicle won't move.

If its in the rear of the vehicle then I think you may be correct. Don't quote me on this, but I believe that Is how you adjust the chamber of the rear suspension.
