Iv had mine on for 40k miles, funny thing is i installed cold air intake and flomasters around same time. Is this thing performing besides sounding cool? 4.7L with 50k miles no enging probs at all. about 12 mpg, i COULD get 18 freeway if i went 55mph with cruise control (but idiots here always cause you to over ride the CC)

 

nope throttle body spacers do absolutely nothing but make that funny noise.no power gains,no mpg nothing.about all its doing for your truck besides that funny noise is....NOTHING!.they were made for older vehicles

 

Only real use it has is for nitrous injection or paper weight.
