pro comp traction bars?

any one using these are they a good buy?
i have this popping noise sometimes when i stop from an idle speed fast and also get some wheel hop
i have a lifted mega with 37s

They are a good investment. I am looking to buy the Pro Comp Traction bars myself, but am unsure of the install kit I need. Any help would kick azz!
