Default going through the mountains

I have a 06 2500 2wd club cab with a hemi and it has the tow pakage. I am going to be going from Nashville to Charlotte N.C. through the mountains pulling a big 5th wheel camper and I want to make sure what I should use and when. It has the haul tow and the O.D lock out. So which should I use going up the mountains and down the steep inclines. I have driven that route several times but never hauling a camper. This is my first time hauling a camper. Thanks in advance for the help this is a great web site. oh yes it has a 7.73 rear end

OMG!! LOL

when on steep inclines and pulling a good load you can push the button for the haul/tow and this will help you climb easier

And for the really steep hills, push the Tow/Haul button twice. That you will be in 3rd gear (direct drive) and let the engine get into its powerband.
