Default Rear Leaf Spring Help...

So recently I have noticed that the back end of my truck is sagging realllllly bad (I'll post pics later). I crawled underneath the truck and took a look at the leaf springs and they need to be replaced no ifs ands or buts. They are completely flat if not negative arched. Now i called a local spring place that makes, re-arches, and installs leaf springs. They wanted 450 bucks to install an add-a-leaf to the rear springs. They stated that, thats what they do for most dodges and thats a common problem. First off 450 is way too much, and the second question is what add-a-leaf is best. I saw three different ones on fatbobs i just don't know what to go with.

With all the folks out there trying to lower the rear of their trucks I would think there is an opportunity to swap with someone and make both of you happy.

Dont do an add a leaf if you can cant keep from it. If the spring is worn then all the weight will be on the extra leaf and sag too eventually. Try to find a set from a yard or off another member.

Just looking around a little I found these: http://www.sdtrucksprings.com/index....oducts_id=9655

They have a toll free #, might be worth a call, they're only up in NY.
