Default Transfer Case Linkage Problems

I have tried searching the forum for this, but I guess it either hasn't been addressed or I was searching with the correct key words...

The shifter linkage to the transfer case 'fell' out of my 2004 Dodge Ram and I purchased factor replacement parts, but I having some serious issues getting everything lined back up and getting the shifter positioned correctly to shift into all the gears....any tips on resolving this would be greatly appreciated...

You can try downloading the service manuals listed in my signature link and see if they help. Good luck.

Okay this didn't solve it for me I appreciate the manual b/c its got a lot of other good stuff in it. No one else has had this problem on an '04? The dealership made it sound like a very common problem.

Also, does anyone have a website recommendation for ordering OEM bolts?
