Hey all,

I hope someone here can help me. I have a 2007 Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab with the gray interior. My truck has the bench seats in the front with the plain center cushion under the big arm rest. I have discovered that it was an option to get a center seat that has a storage console under it. Can anyone suggest a source where I can get the parts needed to swap the plain seat base with the storage console base? I called the local Dodge dealership and they quoted me a price of over $700 for the parts alone. Any help would be really appreciated.

 

Just search on ebay for a center jump seat with under seat storage. thats how i got mine

 

I suggest browsing a junkyard. I used to do that years ago to get optional parts...

I thought they all had a storage seat under them? Way to go dodge..

 

Yeah, one would think. I've had the truck since 2007 and didn't know it was even available until today when I was looking online for a lock box that would work in the armrest.

Since there doesn't seem to be a ready source for them at a reasonable price, I'll take a look at some of the local salvage yards and on eBay.
