2500 03 Ram 5.7 Hemi 2 wheel Drive

Trying to find an exhaust leak that comes and goes. Shows up when cold but gone when engine warm. Sounds like the right side of the engine. Any ideas. Low RPM.

Changed the 16 Spark Plugs and wires. Book says 1.5 Hours.......Only if the motors on the engine stand. Took me 3.5 hrs.

165,000 miles. runs great

 

common issues are the exhaust manifold bolts that either get loose or break off

 

Sure its not your cat converter coming apart?? MIne makess a ticking/ratling sound. Having it replaced as we speak.
