I have auto heated sport mirrors and was wondering if I could put manual towing mirrors in. I'm guessing its just a harness there, so u think I can just leave in dangling in the mirror? Trying to save a few bucks

 

How much are you really going to save? Total PIA to manually adjust your mirror espcially if you know you could have spent the extra $50 or so to have them powered. And if you live where the weather is bad, you'll be fussing with scraping them and then they get misaligned..etc
The Dealer has tow mirrors for $289 heated/powered. i forget what package they classify them, otherwise they are something like $230 each??
Ebay aftermarket tow mirrors have been recieving lots of complaints about the mirrors vibrating and falling out of place. meaning they don't hold their position after a while. Just food for thought.
